In tandem with the application for the adjacent hotel, BurkeRickhards has submitted a separate application to extend and upgrade the existing chalet accommodation at The Cardinals Hatt. Located adjacent to the Tamar Valley AONB, these proposals will help assimilate the existing tired chalet blocks into their natural setting by utilising natural materials and greenroofs.
